I have just been told by my manager that I can't have vr because I have a 2year suspended dismissal can anyone advise

I suppose they are saying why should we pay you to leave we have two years to find an excuse to get rid of you for nothing.
As I said before there is no chance of it at our place we are still very short of staff.
