I'm on a shared van delivery but my dom wants to split the shared van duty into hct trolleys. Is there any criteria for deliveries being shared vans or hct's or can the dom just decide what delivery method he wants ?

DIMs just do whatever the duck they want to and the CWU just do duck all. Don't matter if they can or not the union aint strong enough and DIMs know it.

Oh and have you seen the ssow and security assessment for the delivery area?
Hct solo duty tbh probably better than van share

Yes the duty has to be risk assessed for the type of delivery he wants. But more importantly it has to be within 1 mile of the office.girl pants wrote:Hi everyone
