What are the pros & cons with this?

I think it will be better, any thoughts anyone?

If you do long and shorts, presume most do especially in delivery and you book hours then if you have say you need one of the long days off but not enough hours you are screwed. I have a mate at work who books his weeks then if he can he changes the short days for long ones, having his leave thursday, friday and sat each time. The thursday and friday being longer than monday and tuesday makes him a winner. Not sure how much longer he will be able to do it.
