The CWU will be holding a memorial event for John Baldwin former Head of International Affairs.

This will take place as follows:

DATE: Wednesday 12th November 2014
VENUE: TUC Council Chamber, Congress House
ADDRESS: Great Russell Street, London, WC1B 3LS
TIME: 2.00PM - 5.00PM

A number of branch officers will know that John was a national officer and senior advisor in the union since 1986 and was previously a branch officer in the former Reading Amal Branch now the South East No.5.

You will appreciate that the venue has restrictions with regards to numbers and we are required to estimate attendance. Therefore, those friends and close colleagues of Johns who would wish to attend this memorial event should advise the General Secretary's office by noon 17th September 2014.

Yours sincerely,

W HAYES
