Can managers dock overtime?

short answer is basically no but there are a few limited situations where he could rightly refuse to pay it, but it would depend on the circumstances, if you give us more info we can give you a more definitive answer

Recently I have been starting early, 6.20am, every day when my normal start time is 8.08am. Now if i finish my round early say 1 hour, the manager will dock me 1 hour from my overtime can he do that ?

I think they can because otherwise u are ghosting overtime. U would essentially being paid for not working which isn't right and what has contributed to all the cuts we are going through in the company. Too many being paid for not actually working their hours

I suppose your manager can dock you - you should be paid for the hours that you work!
However, you have to make a decision whether you want to rush the work and finish early (if that is what you have been doing) or take your time doing the job properly: come in on time, take your break during delivery not at the end and use the correct tools and only confirm your finish time as to when all the work is finished: back at the office, returns done, pda put back and van safely parked up...
Or you can stop doing the OT or accept that the work really does not take as long as you want to be paid for???
Having said all that, some managers will dock some people and not others in the same office... so unfair!
