Hi all,
I left RM in the middle of July after a period of 8 months. During this time I only took 1 weeks holiday. However, I haven't received any holiday pay. When should i expect to receive this or should i already of done so? I have emailed the manager about this but no response. Is it HR that sort out holiday pay?
Also, im still due quite a bit of overtime that i have been unsuccessfully trying to chase up for months now (just kept getting different reasons about why it hadnt been done yet, and that i should expect it in the next few weeks but it never happens).
Is there a way i can find out who my union rep is/was?
Any help anyone can give me in how to sort this out would be greatly appreciated. I'm not great at this sort of stuff and combined with the stress of a house move its not ideal.
