How about a local reps network in the Postal Department of the CWU?
At the very least, all local reps working in the same type of units e.g. mailcentres should have the contact details of all the other local reps. This way, we could check that similar duties are paid the same and you wouldn't get situations where admin duties in Birmingham are considered higher grade work but the same duties in London are designated as lower grade work, for example.
