Make sure you have a good case and plenty of evidence to use,because even then they will twist things especially if it is against a manager.
Make sure you get all the paperwork your entitled to as it has a habit of either not getting disclosed or `goes missing`,do not for one minute think the investigating manager is impartial or independent he is paid by Royal Mail and that is where his loyalties lie.

Let us know if they try to downgrade to a Grievance. That's the normal procedure. Any delays, email Just Say It and inform them that procedures and deadlines are not being adhered to and name the individuals who are holding up procedures.

What ever you do , DO NOT agree to mediation , as I had a strong case, . got steamrolled into mediation , and that was end of the case WTF

Hope you have witness statements to support your B&H complaint as RM will state there has been no other complaints against this manager and yours is an isolated case and you could end up being moved.

I had a Pec member go over my case that was to be put to a Rm senior manager . Did not hear anything for about 3w eeeks even though I kept chasing it up,
Then out of the blue got a email to say that I had agreed to mediation , Which I had not , there is no way I wanted to be in the same room as the manager, sent the e.mail back , but never heard anything for another couple of weeks ,then got a phone from HR while out on delivery saying that I really should go to mediation as we could be working togther in the future , the said manager at present is not in my office Yipee though all the time the B/H was going on I did still work with him as my dom , when i was not off sick because of the B/H 3 yrs in total, my answer was I would do , but I dont have much hope in any resolution( for me Mediation is something that happens in Divorce, not B/H case) One of his cases against me was I* never said good morning to him , arrhhh i did if he said to me , but why would i speak to someone who was helll bent on getting you out of an office or made to leave

I had to spend a whole day at a mail centre , The first part is you explain why you think you have been B /H and how it made you and family feel the mediator makes notes, then they go speak to the manager , then you both come together in a room , and both speak or lie in his case, nothing changed there. You could see the manager did not want to be there either , The bombshell for me was just before it ended I was told that RM had not upheld my case , to say i was spitting feathers was an understatement , the mediator could see I was shocked and i said that i had not been notified of this by RM or the union , I then said I dont think Mediation works to which she asked why and I explained , which she made notes . I was expecting my case still to be sorted out , but as I said it was not . this was back in May sometime when the mediation took place, I had the tightest case possible, I dont hold much hope in the investigation by RM for B/H as since another case has been going on in my office , the same manager was involved but not as the bully , but the dom who could not sort it out and it became intolarable for the person involved to work, RM need to have outside people to investigate if it is amanager involved , otherwise it is a cover up, they tried to use mediaition in the other case ,but i advised against it , and the case manager tried to bully the alledged victim in doing it so he did not have to make decision , which he has now made , but had made glaring mistakes WTF, at the moment i have no contact with the said manager which for me is great for the last 5 months ,I often came on here with what had been going on , some of the folks kept me sane in there replies as often I had been in tears , my area rep was a saint , even he was suprised with the outcome ,

Today i get in the post a booklet from the union on all things B/H and disability mmmmmm

I wouldn't waste your time with the B&H procedure,managers stick together,and will lie make your life hell for daring to bring a complaint...sorry ,but that's just the way it is

I'm aware it's a possibility

But if I don't challenge the bully they will think their behaviour is acceptable...

I've seen someone driven to attempt suicide...he self harmed ...a lot

Besides I'm part time and used as reserve/spare....

It can't really get much worse...

Been accused of all sorts of untrue happenings....

I'm genuinely stressed and part of the healing process will be achieving some kind of answer.
