yes i know this no dought has been asked before but here goes, SENIORTY can this method still be used to pick up a duty after a revision one that would come under the heading manjor change. or do you have to use MTSF. should say all staff not happy so not 100 % in favour.

A revision under the heading major change is a resign which 33 1/3 of the overall duties have been affected in the major change.
Colleagues whose duties are not affected can remain in these duties or elect to place their signed duties into the resign pot.
Colleagues who have not held their present post for a period of 12 months will not take part in the resign unless their is a major change to the duty.
Colleagues covered by the DDA/Equality Act will have duties that have been ring-fenced to meet their medical condition and will be prioritised in the resign.
Seniority is still the basic standard for selection of duties.
Colleagues on flexible working will still be recognised if approved by management.

You don't want to be in our delivery office. Our manager gives any duty which becomes vacant to his favourites which is mostly those who wear a skirt, but not at work obviously. How he gets away with I just don't know but it doesn't half make for a bad working atmosphere.

We've 2 bosses who've signed for duties ,but have never ever bin on them .
