If I put a grievance in against my 2nd line manager (dom) would it be the dsm or another dom who would attend/hold the meeting.

they are all a fix anyway
4 grievance procedures have gone all the way and every one cleared mgmt from blame
not one grievence has found in favour of opg even though evidence is stacked against the mgmt
absolute joke
all 4 have put in appeals but have received no info for months
1 guy even saying he will take it to et1 and pay for it themselves
the cwu are aware of these at area level but seem ignorant
