does anyone know how this is worked out?
Also is there a priority order in terms of credits ,ie weighted traffic?

IPWH = items per work hour, so it is as simple as that. Items sorted / number of hours.
There are different variations though. For example items per gross hour, gross hours include absence. Or as you mentioned you can get weighted and unweighted. I'm not sure what the weightings actually are though
