Welcome back meeting
Can i request a second welcome back meeting with a different manager?, the first one i had was with the manager who i have had issues with, so obviously couldnt express to the manager the real reasons why I was off (i.e managers actions)
I did sign, but I kind of felt pressured going in there to get it done and out the way.
But on refelection, I feel a different line manager would have been appropriate..

Just tell him why your off because of stress placed on you by him ,he will have to write it out in front of you ,and ask you how can he help you ,then ask for a grievance form .

You can request an informal review any time 
to discuss any issues you have,just make sure you request a different manager though and get the fool to write it down that you have concerns about the other manager.Then walk around in a constant state of having a target on your back.
