s.a. lump sums
I know this question may have been asked before but there seems to be some confusion ,today people in our office got there s.a back pay but with each person getting different amounts and some people getting nothing when h.r. was contacted they were told the reason some people got more than others was because some people had been over paid s.a and some people underpaid now that doesn't ring true in my book how could they get there figures so wrong also they were told no lump sums next week you will get your s.a holiday pay the week after you have been on holiday when this was mentioned to our manager he knew nothing about this, I thought I read in the new agreement that if you got 2 lump sums before you would continue to get them any ideas ?

What's going to happen then are they getting it taking out off there wages to crawl it back?
