As most smartphone users will be aware there is an app for almost anything. And now avid readers of the union's flagship publication, Voice, will be able to have instant access to the latest editions of Voice magazine as and when it is published.

The re-launched app includes a number of new features such as access to back issues of the magazine as well as easy links to the latest news and information about joining the CWU - all available at the touch of a button. "With direct access to the union's website and social channels, engaging with content in the magazine and becoming an active part of the CWU community couldn't be easier," explains head of communications Kevin Slocombe, adding: "Sign up for push notifications and alerts will direct you to the latest content, news and updates."

Recent stats show a staggering increase in the proportion of UK adults who use their mobile phone to access the internet. "We've now made it easier for you to enjoy the thought-provoking features, in-depth news and campaigning content of Voice via your mobile phone or tablet wherever you are and whatever you're doing," said Kevin.

The Voice app is available to download for free from Apple Newsstand (for iPads and iPhones) and Google Play Newsstand (for Android tablets and phones). With the next edition of Voice due out early next week download the app now!
