Giving up full time hours

I'm going from 39 hours, 5 day week to 24 hours, 3 day week next month. Will this affect my shares and can I still pay the same into my pension that I am paying now ? Thanx

Think it affects you're pension,but why did you not find out theses things earlier ?

I'm not too sure whether you'll lose any of the shares you already have but it will definitely reduce any more shares you may get in the future.
You can pay into flexiplan to make up for the pension you're giving away. But you will need to pay in a lot more than what your weekly payments will go down by because you will be losing out on contributions from RM and your flexiplan pension will provide much less in benefits too.
