Bank Holiday Option A / Option B
Still arguing about last Xmas BH pay. A business driven decision was made that I did not have to work my duty on Xmas Eve, however I was asked to attend on Boxing Day for 4.5 hours which I did. I received my normal pay plus 4.5 hours BH Option A which was an additional £38.21. I thought if you were paid Option A you were entitled to a Lieu Day as well, the Manager says not true. Any advice and or direction to downloads would be greatly appreciated as the same scenario will occur on Good Friday. Thanks.

As much as I remember its option b that gives you the lieu day. Not a, as it's b I always pick.
