Can anyone point me in the direction of any agreements on the re-sign process. Mainly looking for information over time you get to pick duty's and how the process should be done.

Re: Re-Sign Guidlines
Firstly is it a full resign or a part resign. In a full resign all duties within the unit are available for resign and are based on seniority as RM encourages loyalty and length of service. There are exceptions to this rule based on disability , medical condition and flexible working. In a part resign employees who have not completed the 12 months in their present duty or duties not effected by major change would not have to participate in the resign but employees whose duties are not effected can volunteer to place their duty in the pot and take their chance on the outcome. They would have a reasonable idea of what duty they may pick up dependant on their position on the seniority list.wigelz wrote:Can anyone point me in the direction of any agreements on the re-sign process. Time for processing the resign varies in accordance with the amount of employees involved, contacting employees on annual leave and employees on sick absence. Whatever your position on the seniority list and the rep working in batches he/she would roughly know when it would be your turn to pick and should be able to give you 24 hours advanced warning when your turn comes and would be looking for a reply within 24/48 hours.

Its a full resign but u have the same understanding as I have. Is it in writing anywhere around the time u get to pick a job. This is more aimed at a three shift resign so could have major change on peoples lives?!
