Sick Pay
Hello all - I've been back at work now for 10 months after being off for 12 months (6 months full pay and 6 months half pay). I've asked my manager when I will receive sick pay again and have been told that it will be 3 years.......is this right???? It seems a very long time not to be off sick without any pay!?!?! Thank you.

You can only take 12 months sick leave in a 4 year period (probably rolling).
However, you would still be entitled to Statutory Sick Pay.
Sometimes, I wish I wasn't a Rep.
