I HAVE A PIECE OF PAPER IN MY HAND
Job's will be lost with the automation that why MTFS must be protected at all cost's!. Most postmen/post women in my office always ask me about the pay talk's but it's more than pay to me. It's about a better work-life balance i mean what's £1000 a week if you havent got the time to spend it with the people we care about.! Like wise pension's must stay as they are.

Shame on you - of course I'm not - but I am lazy and would certainly relish trialling the scheme - well you drive a hard bargain but Minimum + 10% but absolutely no pension or sick pay and I have to get part of the savings, no overtime, no extra for D2D and if I happen to think of something else on Monday morning he has to do that too. Holidays? - ha you must be joking.k979aaa wrote:are you sure your not a MANAGER!dvbuk55 wrote:Well give me a £1000 a week an I'll pay a Pole minimum wage to do the job and then spend the rest wisely!k979aaa wrote:Job's will be lost with the automation that why MTFS must be protected at all cost's!.
