My Mailcentre had a massive failier tonight on the first class dispatch all because managers failed to put in overtime to clear they have even cancelled all overtime for the rest of this week and next week

yes it happened in glasgow mail centre they only booked normal year round overtime and used office staff tosupplement the numbers the spineless bastards didn't have the balls to say no. these LA's should resign their memberships
