our area rep gave us a briefing today about what to expect in the new agreement. all i can say is be prepared for the worse! this can do culture really isnt going to be good for any of us and when we questioned it all we got back from the rep was "well you guys voted it in". personally i voted no.

all i can say is i hope the money was worth it.

it really boils my piss when they say that,,,,''well you voted for it'',,,,especially when you didnt. any rep who comes out with THAT garbage can be shouted down with the reply,,''the union heirarchy advised us to vote for it'' and ''no, i didnt''

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

i remember saying something similar to that when they put the deliveries up to 3.5 hrs long way back in 2004. i also said ''look on the bright side,,,,at least theres nowt more they can do to us'' !! how wrong was i. ha, i wonder what their next plans are.,,,,delivering milk? reading gas meters? roadsweeping? i will never say 'theres nowt more they can do to us'' ever again.
