Legal Protection for Current Agreements?

It states in the Legal Contract between RM and the CWU the following..

9.1 The Company and the CWU shall at all times co-operate and work together in
good faith in accordance with the Current Agreements including the Agenda
for Growth, Stability and Long Term Success and any other collective
agreements reached between them during the term of this Agreement

It then goes on to state..

“Current Agreements” means those agreements listed in Schedule 2 (Current Agreements) (but where only part of any such agreement remains applicable, then only that part);

Then if you go to Schedule 2 it's blank with the words..

[Company and CWU agreeing list to be inserted.]

So has the list been agreed yet?, Does it include all our relevant collective agreements?
Well obviously it doesn't contain MTSF for a start but other than that?
When do we find out and what happens if "Company and CWU" can't agree a list?
It's kind of important...
