to true im afraid , I was talking to a rep and he said its a good deal and the cwu wont get nothing better as big dave and his motley crew haven't got a plan b , that's why there are pushing the rise and backpay at everybody , he also said if it is a no he said r/m could pull the deal off the table , a complete joke .

I think he's referring to the fact that, because the process of negotiations / agreement-in-principle/ delayed ballot / result / payment into wages has dragged on so long, we will be getting 3% on February 14th, followed swiftly by the 2014/15 rise of 3% about 5 weeks later. It will FEEL like 6%

It will be a yes vote,i know i have pushed it for a yes vote,something people think it will be a yes by a large majority. I don't think so,i know a lot of delivery guys are severely hacked off,with the B and H and i can't blame them but if there is really no plan b and royal mail might shelve the deal what choice have we got? What other sectors and employers are giving their staff that kind of rise. Besides some of us now have a Cup Final to pay for first one in 14 years..

It will be a low turn out , Branch's and divisions have not done a great deal of meetings or comms.

It will be a yes vote where those who wanted a yes vote will say its a clear mandidate and those who wanted a no vote will say that the turn out showed that the membership are not happy with the deal.
