Holiday Questions

I started working for the Royal Mail as a postman in November of last year. I am on a 25 hour 5 day contract. I have a couple of questions related to holidays:

When do holidays have to be taken by? Would have I accrued any in the 3 months I have worked there? What is my annual entitlement?

I ask this as noone has clearly laid out what i should get. This week's rota had me down for Annual leave on Wednesday and Thursday, but i was informed on Tuesday night that this wasn't the case (even though the rota said so!) and I had to work in two different offices yesterday and today, 30 miles away.

Come to think of it, that's another question. Do I ave any say in getting shipped off to other offices? I've been to four different ones, three being a large distance away, in the past month. Nobody else seems to be moved to my knowledge, just me.

I'm nearing the end of my 1st 3 month rolling contract and don't want to cause a fuss, want to be kept on a I enjoy the job. Feel I'm being taken advantage of because I'm new though.

turn up at your own office at your duty time and its then up to your manager to arrange transport to the other office for you and also to get you back to your own office for your duty finish time. i think this is right but someone on here will let you know if this is not the case.
