Agree 100%, when they come sneaking around for representation, pass it up to the branch, along with the reasons for your refusal to represent
the shitbags. Shouldn't be too long before they get kicked out then.

Comrade afraid that they are covered by Section 65 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992.

There is a DO not too far from ours where a scab has put a complaint in against two union brothers who refuse to speak to him after he worked through the last strike. The three of them were mates, but not now. As they both said, RM can't make people talk to anyone. Personally, I think this is better than a mouthful of abuse. If you say nothing at all to them, it can't be misinterpreted.
