That's what we were told this morning. Can get one before or after these times but not within them.

Get everyone to go for one at 6:15 then will show the stupidity of their plan.

told something along those lines ourselves. we were told by dom this morning absolutely no grace breaks to be taken before meal relief at 9.30 am. so can't nip out for a quick fag. thought these grace breaks were a sort of entitlement. didn't i read on this site yesterday that one office had been paid £300 pp to scrap them ?
watch out. there may be a dom about

Personally, I would tell them to g'wan feck 'emselves ( I would modify the tact of my words depending on which screw tells me - one would only have me laughing as I stroll off to the kitchen with me cup ). If they persist, demand to see the rule, in writing, that has been agreed by the Union, that allows them to demand you stay at your bench / ISP frame :mad :mad :mad - if they fail to provide proof, just fail to obey them.....what can they do? Sack you? And wouldn't you like to hear their reasons in front of an ET?
I don't suppose your mouth bleeds every 28 days, does it?
