Does not work in our area as we had loads of flooded roads monday & tuesday but Dom had no knowledge from tool so another load of crap

i think you got that a bir back to front, the DOM and the H+S rep put into the wet weather tool that there are loads of flooded roads, trees down, high winds and heavy rain etc and then it spits out whether deliveries should be cancelled or not

I was told the weather tool was there to let posties know before they went out if it was likely there was any problems on certain areas ,

nope its done before deliveries go out to assess whether its safe or not to go out, postie still has final say but its got certain parameters programmed into it which will say when to cancel deliveries even if the manager wants you to try when its unsafe, he cant override the tool so its in an offices interested to get a decent h+s rep to know how to use it correctly
