I know this question has been asked, but i have read the links and still am not 100 %,so my question is if I am off sick for three days in the christmas period do i loose a percentage or not?!or all of it !I have a good sick record but you can not choose when you are unwell although management will always say you are making it up,I just wanted to know the correct amount if any Thanks for your time

If you are on full pay, you are on a full bonus.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.
