Unrealistic demands from DOMS

These are resourcing standards.
They can have whatever resourcing standards they want but these are not individual performance standards and cannot be used as such.
(Unless your DOM has had a sneak preview of the new agreement )

Both sound quite achievable to me. 23 trays of flats is a piece of piss. Probably struggle to do 8 trays of letters at this time of year but not too bad the rest of the year.

Both sound quite achievable to me.

It is about 20 flats/minute and 30 letters/minute.
It would depend if the trays are being tipped for you, how many frames you have and whether the pigeon holes are being cleared down as well.
It is roughly the 1 minute test less 10% which doesn't really allow any time to wander off and get a coffee or chat about the Ashes score ......

But it doesn't matter because it isn't an individual performance standard.

Today we had trays of flats that had fairly thick magazines in, about 25 items in each tray, We also had VM flats, very thin, you all know the one's, about 200 to a tray! This is why amount of trays sorted in whatever amount of time is complete b.......
