LTB regarding p739 cards

Hello people, I'm wondering if there is somebody on here that may be able to help me. I seem to recall reading an LTB which stated if you were instructed to write 24 hours before the customer can collect their item on the back of a 739 card to lodge disagreement under the IR Framework. Trouble is I've looked everywhere and just cannot find it. I'm starting to wonder whether it was a dream or not. It would have been within the last 6/8 months.

With christmas pressure now in full swing (packet-wise at least in our DO!) it is sensible to allow 24 hours before customer collection to give the Caller Office staff time to book in returned items. As to whether there is an LtB in existence with the information you require I would suggest a search on the CWU's website is your best chance of finding it.

Depends on opening times of your office, use common sense. so if the depot is open till 8pm. and you d/l a item and know your get back to the office at 3pm, put 4pm onwards. i just put next day as makes life easier.

Thanks for the reply's guys. I'm after clarity more for my own sanity tbh, I'm pretty sure I saw an LTB specifically dealing with the 24 hour issue, but allas it seems I must be mistaken.
