failing walks

Hi all in our office half the walks are goin 45 mins plus over there time, so management have decided to get us comleting our duty they are going to get us all out 1 hour early meaning we will be walking for an hour more than we should be are they allowed to do this

yes sort of they can do this, but it depends what are they going to do to enable you to get out an hour early? they may be doing something wrong there to get you out the door

After CDV revision yes within certain limits. Before - No but with some exceptions

When the D.O. is signed off by management/Union and planners the delivery span is set in stone, be it 4hrs30m or 5 hrs. Therefore if you start 1 hour earlier your delivery span "should" (MUST be imho) be the same. This is THE reason why we have not had a deal yet.

I wouldnt worry on the park and loops we are taking just one of the rounds out and not bothering with parcels

TB am I right in reading that if your in a shared van you can be out for 6 HOURS delivering if RM wished ?? :crazy:
