Backdated pay rise when I leave Royal Mail

Just off phone to hr, and was told that when I leave Royal Mail (2 weeks) that I'm not entitled to any backdated wage rise, no reason, surely this can't be right and do I get paid for any outstanding holidays.

best to ask acas on the backdated one.

the holiday is a gimme...if you have outstanding leave accrued upto your date of leaving then they have to pay it...
doesn't mean they wont make it difficult and give you the wrong figure.
