Revision Payment problem

Hi All :)

Just been made up from part time to full time after our office just had it's revision implemented.

I was made up on the day the revision started along with 3 other part timer's ( I was on 25 hours as was one other with the other on 30 hours )

Now today we were informed that our revision payment would be paid this week, all good I hear you say.

well I will be getting £421 the 30 hourer will be getting £515 and the other 25 hourer will be getting the full £600!!!!

how can this be?

the only reasoning I can see s that I never do any overtime where the other 25 hourer is always doing some.

but surely, as we were all made up to Full time on the day the revision kicked in, we should all get the £600.

am I right and where can I go from here to make sure I get my full £600?

Unfortunately its based on the average hours in the previous 12 or 13 weeks prior to the revision so your not entitled to the full amount

its might be wrong but its what we agreed to in the last pay deal

At least your getting your payment. We had our revision 7 months ago, not a penny to be seen.
