I do not know how talks are really going, conflicting rumours.
But I am worried for the forth coming strikes.i have supported my union on industrial action over the last 28 years and will continue to do so.
I work in one of biggest delivery offices in the country, over 300 staff and the amount of staff who are to defy the union call and attend on monday is alarming.they have lost faith after the 2009 deal, the older ones with only a few years to do are hapy with the last deal, the younger ones dont see the long term effect its only the hard core in the middle who see what is at stake.
If this is typical across the country we are in trouble.
If this strike is not well supported rm will pounch on this and give us very little.
Lets hope the strategy is right and we prevail. Support your union for our future.

People here are playing it very close to their chests but am hearing lots of discontent with the Union. The members will do there bit but the Union will sell us down the river giving RM everything they asked for and we've lost loads of money in strike days.

It'll be an interesting day 4th Nov.
