Check your duty 318, every duty is different we get 15 min at end of duty for this sort of stuff

Anything that is part of your workload is to be done during your work hours.
So, yes, time should be given within your duty, but how much will depend on what has been agreed to in revisions.

I'd love to know how anyone can unload their van, sort the mail collected from PO, fill in the vehicle log-book, hand in 739-ed items to the locker, while filling in the necessary paperwork for returned specials/recorded etc, kill off mail collected on delivery, hand in all keys and finally sign out, all within 5 minutes.

It takes as long as it takes - if they want to make a fuss of it, I'll bring back part of the delivery to accommodate the extra time it takes me, as I'm not doing it in my time.

we have no time in our duty for filling vehicles with fuel
