travelling money paid back if strike action is taken??

I have recently moved to a new office, with that I was given the 5yrs travelling allowance, if the vote is a yes (hopefully a big one) will I have to pay back the traveling money if I take part in the strike action? (Which I will anyway) regards rustictripod

No is the simple answer. MTSF is paid on the basis your new office means you have excess fares and that is what it is paid for. It has nothing whatsoever to do about strike action. So you will not lose the excess fares by either voting yes or taking strike action
