What documents and such am I entitled to to mount a defense against a complaint I had about me upheld ,am I right in thinking that i am entitled to ALL witness statements(even if they have to anonymize the witnesess names) all interview notes both made contemporaneously and afterwards?

Does not matter what documents you get ,if they want rid of you believe me been there got told only yesterday that the manager that dismissed me had a list of people he w anted out.of my old office only hope for his sake we dont cross paths

if you have witnesses that would support your case ,then use them in your appeal. Your appeal manager will only be looking for new evidence in the appeal to justify overturning the decision. You are entitled to see all witness statements against you and the identity will only be protected if the appeals managers feels there would be a compromise or safety issue.
Look and see if the charges against you have changed and they have been consistent throughout. Look for contradictions in the witness statements against you. Look for facts not hearsay as this doesn't count.You have not stated if you have been dismissed so I am not sure.

I requested everything I could think of that would help my case,got a letter today saying that as the B&H case was taken out before 1st July 2013 that I am NOT entitled to see anything!!
Think that they don't want me to be able to piece the `investigator` cherry picking bits out of statements...the corrupt twats.

The old B&H appeal procedure had almost exactly the same wording.
