Revised SSOW for LWT ??

Apologies as I'm asking for something on my first post. Can anyone provide me the download for the revised SSOW for the LWT. I can find a letter that came out on the 10/08/2012 saying they can now be pushed but the pdf files at the end of the letter are not accessible on here. There's four files in total. Many thanks.
