cover your heads lads and (girls)?
Spoke to a nurse from McMillan cancer trust today while on delivery and she said they are treating a large number of bald men who have got skin cancer due to not covering their heads over the years....she says every time she sees a bald man walking in the sun she wants to tell them to cover their heads!!!
She said to me always wear a hat in strong sunlight!!!(No I am not bald myself...just like having short hair)

Needed a big hat today to cover the shiny bits. At 5.30pm it was 40 degrees C on our loading bay. If you shut your eyes, and pretended the traffic noise was breaking waves, you could almost imagine you were on a very hot beach.
