Not sure if all reps have the same issues but in my office its like looking after 200 kids. I get blamed for everything, too hot, too cold, MC lorry is late. Now I'm blamed for the lapsing even though I've been saying do the job properly but no the early starters still come in early, don't take their meal relief, don't use the equipment and the rest of us have to suffer.

Im a rep in my office, and i get that all the time, i just say to them well you be the rep then, and they always back down, till the next time

There are 92 in our office and if it were my business I don't think I would honestly want to employ more than 10 of them. Most moan continuously about everything and basically want to get paid for 39 hours, but work for 27.

Been there done that , it's like herding cats at times. The rep is there to make sure everybody is treated fairly and not to give the membership an easy life. You can only help them that are prepared to help themselves and you. The union is only as strong as it's membership. I found beer helps

Same in my office, but the DOM is the biggest problem, ghost overtime has never been so bad, why do some feel they should be paid more for doing the same hours?? Dom has his click and he thinks he's one of the lads.
