how does a grievance against a dom work?

Hi

Had a few issues with my dom who has messed up my basic pay from last week, and has been trying to bully me into doing more work and not asking others. I have had other issues relating to his attitude towards me and am putting a grievance in because enough is enough. mucking up my basic pay was the final straw for me. was just wondering if anyone knows the procedure to it?. my rep is off sick but another rep from another office is due to contact me.

The first part of any grievance should be a discussion. You put your grievance form in to the Delivery Sector Manager and they should arrange for either themselves or another Manager to sit in whilst a two sided discussion between both parties takes place. After that discussion, if the two parties can not agree on a solution the grievance is raised to the next level.
