Everyones advice on here has been a massive help but im here again needing some more:(
Iv been put on conduct and its been over 28 days since the start of this conduct but iv been told that they have hit the maximum time for a conduct case so it can not be continued is this true?
The manages in question holding the meeting has tryed rushing myself in to a conduct meeting a few weeks ago but none of the facts were sent to myself nor was I given 48hrs notice between receiving the letter and the meeting so I was told to refuse.
