time limits for ihr appeal.
does anyone know if there is a timescale for ihr appeals. me mate was retired against his wishes over 3 months ago. he was told at the time of his dismissal he would get a date for his appeal within 2 weeks. he has heard nothing. ive told him to get onto the branch which he has, but they told him they would chase it up,,,they havent. he got back onto them, he was told the lad who is taking on his case was on a/l for a month. he,s been back onto them again and they,ve said again they would chase it up. its seems to me he,s been totally pissed about and they are not interested in him since he was bladdered. anyone got any info. ta.

It is probable RM are making it take as long as possible to avert the possibility of an ET, as the paperwork has to filed within 3 months of his/her dismissal/decision, so if he/she was willing to go that far, hopefully they have already filed said paperwork.
