I am off sick for 10 weeks due to acute pain in both my right knee and lower back. In fact, I had an accident at work 2 years back and was registed in Erica book as Accident at work and not my fault.
I did Mri Scan to those injured areas just last Feb.2013 that has shown the injry accelerated the mediacl symptoms I have been suffring from all this time - during the over two years.
My question is.. Is the first stage warning that going to be issued is discounted. In regard to what I have explained before. At the first time - 2 years back- My line manager tried to issue me one but the union rep refused it as it was accident at work.. So it discounted.

if you get a note from your GP stating that your current condition is a continuation of the injury sustained in the accident then it is no different from the first time - it is the same injury! give royal mail a copy of this letter and if they issue stage then launch a grievance procedure.
