Revision Pending
We are in the process of starting our revision(indoor/outdoor)and i wondered what the policy was for overtime.I have been told by the union that between 8/10% of total office hours should be allowed for O/T. Howerever, our manager disagreed and stated that no amount of O/T was guaranteed. Can anyone clarify what the position is regarding O/T during the revision process.

The lower your model week the greater the amount of o/t on offer to flex up throughout the year.
More o/t = fewer f/t contracts.
