What are the defined pay areas?

Can anyone tell me what the defined pay areas are? ie the postcodes that are classed as inner london, outer london, defined area 1 and defined area 2 (I think this is all of them??)

The defined areas do not now include London weighting areas as in 2003 the London RRis payments got put into London weighting. Inner London is any office 4 miles from Charles 2nd statue at charring cross and outer was approx 16 miles.

RRis payments are far reaching and include numerous areas dating back from difficult recruitment and retention levels from 1988.
