update to grievance procedure

has there been an update to the grievance procedure as there has been an update to the bullying procedure. I've had a outstanding grievance since march 2012 so an update may help.

Foggy, send all the information of your case and the delays to Moya Greene stating that the managers dealing with your case have not acted in accordance with the regulations laid down between Royal Mail and the CWU. As a result this has caused you an inordinate amount of stress and has impacted on your ability to do your job to the best of your ability and also on your family and social life. Could she please intervene and instruct these managers to bring this matter to an agreeable conclusion. The sh.t will hit the fan immediately. Trust me, I have done it, and because you have taken it to the highest level you will not get any comeback locally. If you do then slap in a b&h against the perpetrator.

i have emailed moya twice in a month on the same subject and i still have not heard a dickybird from him.

Then slap in a grievance against the DSM. Keep going until you get justice. They rely on you giving up the ghost. Don.t play into their hands.

Think yourself lucky...mine goes back to early 2011. Yes I have emailed Moya, it did get things moving but it is all painfully slow. A long time to wait especially when you know they will ultimately reject your claim. DOMs looking after DOMs. The process is a shambles.
