Employment tribunals?

I'll post this here if OK.

I want to collect as many details of Royal mail employment tribunals as possible.
You know the short version of the hearing with relevant points and brief details of the claim and results.
Where would I go to get such details?

A Google search does not reveal much.
Royal mail must be at a tribunal every week and I would like to know what they were for and what was the result.

Could always ask RM under the freedom of information act. Got a funny feeling that they would come up with some excuse as to why those figure have to be keep secret.

You can request copies from the court but they cost money.

I shall be investigating this next week.

If anyone has any tribunal results or any information about tribunals I would request they post it here and I will do the same.

Any lead, any quote, anything.

Typing in Royal Mail as the respondent brought up 10 since 2009

and this one for I think, England and Wales http://www.employmentappeals.gov.uk/public/search.aspx" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; - Royal Mail brought up 39 going back to 1999

Remember that although Royal Mail are involved in a large number of ET cases a lot of them are settled or withdrawn before a ball is kicked so it's difficult to get a true picture of the whole thing.

Strange to say that I believe that some managers have been given a briefing recently by a RM Solicitor on the very subject of tribunals. I wonder if things are getting out of hand with the present style of management.

Mine is set for a few weeks time though that may change due to being messed around by both RM and CWU.

You need to take control and don't rely on either.

I have asked a solicitor to take the case on got sick of waiting for CWU hq. ball is rolling now.
