what happens to your record if a stage warning isnt issued
i triggered a stage 2 warning after being put on a duty that caused me pain, i went off sick but because the atos reccomendations wernt adherred to my manager felt responsible and didnt issue the stage 2, that was in september, does that period of absence still count if im ill again within six months? i triggered my stage 1 last feb, stage 2 ( not issued) sept
