Not received my stage one warning?

Hi was wondering if any one could help, i should of received a stage one warning back in october but have heard nothing, i am off sick again from a fall in car park before i even got into work due to weather, can they issue me a stage without me being there or not even telling me. Also should i have gone in accident book for my fall?

I believe the time frame for HR is three months and then the stage is discounted. Hopefully someone more in the know should pop in and clarify.

If the accident happened performing a duty or was on RM premises then it needs to be reported.

I did report the accident but was told as the car park is not work premises it didnt have to go in the book, is that true or not?

If the car park is not owned by Royal Mail, or attached to your work premises then i believe there is no need for it to go into your accident book
